Thaw in the fridge.
For a crisp texture, preheat oven at 450 degrees F and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F for 40 minutes to finish.
For a more tender meat, cook at 350 degrees F for 1 hr.
You may also use a turbo.
